BiteSaber is a fast, stripped-down 1v1 sword-fighting game. Two wireframe fighters duel with sabers in a minimalist arena — no sprites, no textures: everything is drawn live with vector lines and arcs.

The whole game rests on three readable actions: move, attack, parry. No combos to memorize — just timing and reading your opponent. A whiffed attack sticks your blade in the ground and opens you up; a well-timed parry sends the attacker's blade bouncing off. Every exchange comes down to a split second.

Game modes

- ๐Ÿค– Solo — against a bot with 3 difficulty levels (Easy / Normal / Hard)
- ๐ŸŽฎ Local — two players, one keyboard (or a screen split into two touch pads on mobile)
- ๐Ÿ“ถ Wi-Fi (LAN) — local-network duels with automatic room discovery

Match rules are fully customizable — move speed, attack pacing, parry window, arena size, number of lives — with quick presets like Classic, Fast, or Chaos to completely change the pace of a duel.

Controls

Player 1 (keyboard): A / D to move, S to attack, W to parry
Player 2 (keyboard, Local mode): โ† / โ†’ to move, โ†“ to attack, โ†‘ to parry

On mobile/touch: dedicated touch pads on each side of the screen

Runs directly in the browser via HTML5; the Android and Desktop builds give the best experience for LAN Wi-Fi play.
